The winds of change never stays the same. That much we can always count on and the more we are around and the years we see, the more changes we will experience.
Exsanguinate is nearly completed with it's reconstruction. I am aiming for a reopening soon, opening next weekend. we will have notices for sure when it does happen. I hope everyone else has success in getting things rebuilt and/or reopened.
Oh and Mika we will have to discuss the payment plan for the inventory you 'borrowed'. Don't worry, I'm sure you can work it off just fine easily enough.

Emil stayed in town and ran his club. It got partially destroyed but he is rebuilding, and he is looking after and caring for those he cares about. He doesn't know what to make of the new vampire and whatnot in charge now; he just wants to keep to himself and friends, make sure they're okay and safe and get Exsanguinate back up and running again

I think I've become a homebody. Or maybe I just like things AT home. Either way, Emil the Hermit doesn't have a good ring to it at all. And while the spring brings about life and more sun, it's had me thinking. I've had a few plans I've been thinking about for a while and now it's time to move them further to completion.
Gabriel, get yourself out of the woods and come into work. We are going to have an epic part at Exsanguinate and I do mean epic. And you my friend I will need your help.
Mel, if you are up for going out, I would like to come visit you and little Hope. A true visit has been long overdue my dear friend.
Patch, you and me, lunch? We have catching up to do. It has been far too long.
Herrick, living the high life as usual I see.
Brandon, you and I are going on a date. So figure out where and what we're doing. I'm taking you out on the town. Anything you want love. Just name it. |

I must have misplaced this during the time I was sick. Funny how that happens. Though a lot more happened and thankfully, all is doing better now. But I also feel like I've missed out on things, on friends. I never like doing that; time goes by so quickly it seems.
Things change as much as they stay the same.
And I have been thinking that with everyone feeling well, we should have a party or at least a re-reopening of Exsanguinate. Get everyone out to have some fun and a good time.
And no Mika, unless you've become a vampire in the past three months, the answer is still no. |

How time does fly. I had completely forgotten about the Ball. Well not forgotten so much as time getting away from me and here we are.
I will have to look through things to find just the right thing to wear. One must make a good impression especially when the hosts of the Ball are such dignitaries.
I would like to congratulate Issac on a wonderful opening to the club. If you haven't gone yet I really do recommend it. He has done a fantastic job capturing the intricacies of the time too. |

It is once again the eve of my day of birth. My first birth that is. My death day, and of rebirth, isn't until the winter. But it occurs to me that I've once again let this day come up on me with no warning. So many other things going on though you would think after so long, there would be at least one day I'd continually remember.
Gabriel - I don't believe I will be coming in tomorrow night and as Angel is out of town, I trust you can arrive to work on time and not destroy the place? I would be VERY upset if it were otherwise.
No Mika, because I'm not there doesn't mean you can be.
And now I think I should find something to eat plus begin pre-birthday drinking which could very likely be the same thing.

To be honest, I don't think there is enough hate I have for this day. Rational or not, it's true. My mother was taken from me so many years ago and yet it is still hard, and difficult to be happy or at ease on the day to honour mothers when I barely got time in my life with her.
It is the day that god died, all belief in a higher being went away. There could be no reasoning for what happened to her.
I took care of them, those who murdered her though some times I wished I'd left some of them around. Revenge Justice would be cathartic here and there. For now I'm going to drink some more of the profits of the club and not give a damn about anything for a while.

Well that was a unique and starling smell in the air to wake up to, and far to close for comfort. Maybe I should move a bit further out of town and away from humans and their things that burn.
I believe I will get some work done, and it is Friday and the end of the month so at least for a few hours I'm going to make drink specials at Exsanguinate. |

I am feeling restless and I'm not sure why. Not for traveling or anything like that, I think. But the need for... something. I do have this big house and most of the rooms haven't been touch since I got the place, not really. But an interior creative bone is a bone I generally don't have.
What I'd like to do is get the biggest bottle of a good vintage I can get, sit at the grand piano and play endlessly and bring the walls down.... not literally of course.... but something tells me the neighbours might not like that.
In that case maybe I won't care for a while.
We shall see. |
